About FIFO Foundation
Friends Improving Families’ Outlook (FIFO) is a dedicated NGO founded in October 2022 by a group of five financial professionals led by Mr. Shiva Ramnarine. This initiative was born from a partnership with the Welfare Team of Macaulay Government Primary School, guided by Ms. Jisselle John and the principal, Mr. Raymond Surujbally. Together, they formalized their efforts to create FIFO, a foundation committed to improving the lives of families across Trinidad through monthly food hamper distributions and educational support programs.

At FIFO Foundation, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for families struggling to meet their basic nutritional needs. We believe in the power of education to combat poverty and have initiated programs like the Back to School Drive and Book Voucher distributions to support students across Trinidad. Our vision is to instill hope and provide support through acts of kindness, reducing food insecurity and improving overall well-being.

Since its inception, FIFO Foundation has been a beacon of hope for numerous families across Trinidad. In addition to food distribution, our educational support initiatives have empowered young minds by providing essential school supplies.
